Throw you arms up all the way dont stop them and i found it a lot easier to switch when my first leg hits its peak(or really close to it) that way it also helps you with your height and rotation more.then come down with the second leg. ive been working on getting really clean gainer switchs so i can swing through (:

OK, I tried them again today http://download.yousendit.com/5BA503FF3FFF0967 But when I land my right foot is behind my left -making it impossible to swing through, any way to correct that, or any tips in general would be appreciated.
