This will not help with your tricks as much as would improving other body parts.
Do you do any other weight training? If so, apply the same rep/set count from that to abs, for they are all muscles and operate just about the same.

Decent explanation. Scroll down a bit though.
nothing you should bother with. Frostbite is just full of shit.
The dragonflag is very advanced, even the versions/drills for beginners.
And it is one exercise where you can harm yourself, so I don't recommend you even trying them until you can do things like the standing ab-wheel.
wat is a standing ab wheel

You are 15, you have no real need for "rock hard abs" in a couple of years and striving for it will make you unhappy. Stop dreaming about it and live life.

its true, and an added bonus: tricking itself will tone your abs, so long as you don't have too much fat lining over em. When i was first learning back tucks, my abs would get sore after 10 or so attempts, which was a good sign they were being used.

You want rock hard abs.
Two facts:
1. Your abs are located on top of your stomach.
2. Rock candy is made of rocks.
Hence, eating more rock candy will fill your stomach with rocks, making it rock hard, meaning you will have rock hard abs.

I doubt it'd be good for his back to do DF's if he can't support his body. It would be like... reverse slipped disk .
