I feel really stupid for asking this, but what the hell. I have a b33r belly lol.. I trick, id say 3-4 times a week. 2-3 hard session another light session, other than that I walk. Thats it, oh and a bit of dynamic stretches-plus im only 19. I SHOULDNT HAVE A FUCKING B33RBELLY. But ive only got the b33r belly recently. Anything thing you guys recommend. I do no other training, even though im larger in muscle than your average guy. For some strange reson..:S I was pro-active >_<. Anyways any help would be great. Im not fat, but wanna get rid of it:( thanks in advanced.

LOL. I just call it a b33rbelly. I dont drink much at all. My stomache, and only my belly, is increasing. Im always feeling bloated. etc..:( Fucking sucks... ANy tips...

If you don't drink much beer, then you don't have a beer belly.
Therefore, you just completed your goal!

I guess.. Ill re-word it. I have a big belly:p And want to get rid of it. But its just the stomache, everything else is pretty toned. Done situps etc.. Dont work lol. and my stomache is strong:s I dont know what to do.

To lose your belly you have to lose bodyfat, there is no other way to make it smaller in terms of amount of fat on the stomach.

ok guys thanks...:D I think ill diet.. Anyone got a any good diets lol. OR tell me what to look for in this special diet:D. I am completely stupid at health and nutrition, and condintioning. so:S Any more help would be awsome
