I was thinking of ways to condition ankles. One think that came to mind was to do a lot of body surfing in the summer with fins. The fins will force you to paddle your ankles up and down. Not shure if this is a good conditioning exercise or not. Just thought i would bring it up. Maby it could be irritating.
Any advise would be nice.

Any amount of stress put on the ankles will inevitably force them to grow stronger. The amount and type of stress determines how well they strengthen.

just do calf raises and shin exersizes, go on to dogentricks.com and look at his titainium ancles tutorial.

I reckon they'd get abit of a workout if you use them alot when wearing flippers. Try it and see for yourself.
