I didn't like the editing. Way over done and the back and forth stuff was just done too much, like...every clip.

I know this was more or less an editing experiment, not a real sampler, but to me your experiment shows you put too much emphasis on all these effects.

I enjoyed it otherwise because of some moves haha.

swartz, i would agree with u if this were a regular video but this is just edited for my own personal practice. i would never put this many effects bunched together like that in any other video.

I don't know how to use vegas, the interface is meant to be quite complicated like premier. I use ulead 10, it's sooooooooo easy! Some of that stuff isn't on there that's all.

I know it was an experimental vid, and it was mostly for you and the sake of practice, but I actually had quite a hard time watching it.

Love team arashi, and liked the editing overall, but as I'm sure you already know and already have intentions of doing next time: Keep it in moderation.

It's like tricking, it takes practice and getting used to before you get good at it. Although i completely sympathize with you not wanting to change interfaces as it can be so much trouble.

I will eventually, I always do. It took me ages to get dreamweaver and flash, but like you say practice makes perfect!

I liked the fades at the edges of the clips and the super smooth reversal and graduated changes of speed.

Good stuff Mike. reviews are really good of that program. I h8 Macs. Worked on em for a year and was very glad to leave them behind me!
