training session

This is my first training session ever since I got surgery back in February

I tore my meniscus in my left knee doing a cartwheel-fulltwist on my opposite side hahaha

just going easy and getting the feel back, (my last real session was jim and matt's excellent adventure back in cali dec 06)and i was just taking things slow and trying to get back into the game

a lot of moves are really slow and unclean, and i felt reaaally awkward but i'm glad i didn't bail anything

i've got a lot of cleaning up to do before the txt gathering haha

jason hutchens also came to keep me company and throw some better looking tricks haha

That was really nice! I was ultra-suprised to see that you actually landed it [knowing how you bail any combo that exceeds 4 tricks]. Good stuff for a first day back...keep it up, and listen to your body.

i still have a long way to go until i'm back to feeling comfortable with throwing moves

but luckily for me, the time i didnt spend tricking gave me a lot of insight on studying lots of vids, analyzing moves and breaking them down and rethinking my training routine (hahaha or the complete lack thereof)

i'm looking forward to catching up the lost time

hahaha i'm glad finally someone said something about that! i put it in just because i thought it'd be funny to put lovemaking music in the background, AND it also had a subtle, underlying meaning: the girl that i'm supposed to never, never give up is-TRICKING! hahaha
