Cheerleaders have damn nice techniques on twists ....
An they are very good @ tumbling .....
but that double was wicked....
but its not standing ^^ Cheerleaders do that step before because then they can do the blocking and the get more speed and get higher^^

cheerleaders are very good @ tumbling ....
...........uhm a couple of very talented cheerleaders don't make up for the hundreds of thousands of really sucky cheerleaders. because 9/10 that i've met have no work ethic and really sloppy tumbling, this being in all sorts of divisions.

i'd say 96% of cheerleaders cannot do any more than a standing back tuck
probably 65% cannot do a standing back tuck

there are A LOT of cheerleaders, lots more cheerleaders than there are gymnasts probably so there is bound to be some good ones.
