Woo had a pretty good training session by myself yesterday. I used to be able to so really bad 540's then i lost them and got them back again yesterday(yes they still need work). Also I did a really bad cheat 720(but it was my first) and bad double legs(but they are getting there).

Also does anyone know how to use the divshare streaming thing. I saw that sessh had a raiz tutorial on there and i couldn't figure out how he did it. Do you need to pay in order to stream vids?

hah i wish i could even land on my kicking foot for my 540's! They're gunna be good soon!

I was also working on double legs today, working on torquing not side-flipping like more avatar, and i got a couple bent leg double legs :)

on your 540 jump up with every thing look at the target then kick, try to kick some thing above your head level! and not the ground!

on your cheat 7 go up! then spin up!
when you go up look at the target let your hip spin keep looking at the target
when your knee is 90 deg with the target spin your head with power spot the target and bam!!

in your dleg! i see that you have power but not utilizing it!!
jump up with every thing spot the target yes you need to do that
and then do the dleg motion :}}

You don't seem to be putting much power into your 540 in general. Throw your non kicking leg up MUCH harder and higher and then really punch off the ground with your jumping leg by dipping a bit and bending your leg before you jump as your jumping with basically a straight leg.
