I think it only teaches you extremely basic basics, and some moves not even done in tricking haha.

I can't say I'd recommend it, unless you think you'd benefit from it.

I thought that maybe it would have 540 or double leg but if it has stuff like jump front kicks or split kicks than I dont think I will pay 20 bucks for it.
Thx for the advice

.its super basic like someone said..its more for sport karate people than tricksters its shit your really not gonna wanna do as a trickster. Unless your interested in doing jump splits, tornados and jump front kicks. I know for sure it as an au batido but really thats about as tricking wise its gonna get. its bullshit..dont buy it.

I think the book is okay, no doubt that it has crap tricks, the only "real" tricks is an aerial and Au batido! But I would say the stretching exercises and physical training program is okay! Go buy it!

I saw this shitty book at Barnes & Noble. I was like "What? A book on tricking? Noooo.... it can't be. Must be too good to be true." I picked it up, and flipped to the end to see what kind of awesome tricks Mullen was revealing to the masses. I found this:

Oh wait, the book is so lame that when I googled Matt Mullen all I found was this:

That's okay though, because that flacid penis of a man's expression is pretty similar to the one I had upon reading the book. Because it was lame and boring. I remember such amazing tricks as the Crescent Kick, the Front Kick, and the (ZOMG) Cartwheel. Yeah, take a second, deep breath, read it again: Cartwheel. ZOMFGLOL!!!

Not only should people not pay money to purchase that book, but I feel like Mullen owes me a few bucks for the precious minutes of my life that I wasted glancing at it.

For a total novice tricker/martial artist, it can be useful.

no no it is not..it may be useful for people in sport karate...but really its not. It is not useful for tricksters at all.
