I've said I was going to start it multiple times, and then I've been on like a half assed two week regime kinda thing. I've never actually dedicated myself and done it properly.
Before I torn my shoulder tendons about 8 weeks ago, I could standing front flip, more often then not do a half assed b twist, and 540 kick. That was about the extent of my trick list.
My shoulders practically fully healed now, but over the last about 3 weeks I've lost alot of dynamic flexibility (up until this point I was doing static stretchs almost every day to try and keep some kinda flexibility, and then I decided living on the computer was a better idea, and I didn't really need the flexibility for any light parkour sessions I done), as a result my kicks are again low and unbent, and having gone about 13 weeks without doing any flips (I gave up the once in a while sessions for more parkour) I've lost everything stupidly. Like ridiculously lost it, I was seeing if I could do standing fronts yesterday in my back garden and fantastically landed on my ass, I checked if I could 540 and just ended up doing the gayest tornado kick ever.
But today I'm going to start up again, and dedicate myself alot more =]
Woo for me and my first day of tricking, a cookie would be nice =]
I know I shouldn't really make a thread announcing it, I'm noone special, but it made me feel better inside :tongue:
