well its been a a lil over a month now and im still learning stuff today i leared regular j turjs to both feet so i thought why not go for a flash tips comments advice flaming all excepted

good over all effort ! u have the same problem i had
ur gunna wanna swing BOTH of your arms all the way up by ur ears to give u the hieght.
ur kick looks good and j step is fine. just really throw those arms as your kick!ull get round fine

well, you should probably use only 3,2 or 1 step(less steps=better control on the move), second go in a j-shape, throw that last leg realy in front of you, and do it with a lot of explosion(block alot and realy fast) . put everythingh into it, go as much UP as posible.This is how mine's look like: http://youtube.com/watch?v=nZtgS89sz7c it's the second trick...good luck, and drill the hell of that biotch

your biggest problem is your jstep, at the moment it isn't solid, doesn't flow and as a result you aren't making the most of the run up momentum.
practice 3 step jsteps, as you are taking off your left foot; stand in a stance with your right foot forward and your left foot behind. the idea is to take a 90 degree turn in the jstep.
