GMS HELP please.... [Archive]

hi! I'm trying to learn the gms and I'm practicing my cart-->ms.....but the ms after the cartwheel looks strange and I feel like I'm landing too hard on my hands and I'm not perpendicular to the ground while I'm in the air ( a 45 deg angle with the ground more or less) ....so, any tips on how to make it better?

you go for the flip too early, wait until your left leg is as high as it can go before you begin to flip. also try to stay upright until you have taken off.

Kick that first leg hard and once you have left the ground, treat it like you would a normal aerial and turn your hips over -> complete the trick.

Thats at least how I do it haha. To me this is an aerial variation.
