... Use tricking spell books? I find that they help me very much to remember the variations of certian moves.

EG: Raiz => Touchdown Raiz, One-handed Raiz etc.

They also help to write tips down and such on moves you have only tried like once or twise in your life.

I've had 2 versions of tricking spellbooks. The first one was cluttered full with a lot of useless stuff, so I created a new one. I use it basically to jot down tricking combo's and to remind myself to attempt certain stuff at my next session. Oh, and to remind myself how awesome tricking is. I take it with me every session, because sometimes I just forget all the stuff I wanted to try if it's only in my head.

It also functions as a logbook, after a session I write down if I learned anything new, what I gotta try/tweak next session on a certain trick, what didn't really work etc.

Tricking spellbooks are cool, it helps me a lot :good:

yeah i write a lot of shit down haha

everything from tricking to nutrition, dietary logging and various training programmes. it keeps me occupied.

i periodically write massive lists of tricks to do, cant say ive ever bothered to write out a whole 'spellbook' tbh, i dont see much point personally

I keep a tricklist on my computer and I experimented with using powerpoint to come up with new combos.

I don't really use them though. I tend to keep my thoughts in my head. My combos are fairly limited though, maybe I should start writing down my ideas so I don't forget. :/
