hey everyone, i recently got my gymnast aerial on plyo floor and on grass and i was wondering- for the more advanced variations of the aerial (a-twist, axe2aerial, a-switch, and so forth), do i need to work on getting my aerial as across as possible, or as high as possible? do you know what i mean? plz advise ^^

P.S. i do the version of the aerial in which both hands come backwards in the setup, along with the kicking leg. would that compromise my odds of nailing the said aerial variations? or can i nail them with that technique as well?

without a vid its difficult to say.

for aerial variations like brandys, a-switches etc you will need a comfortable amount of height on them. Axe2aerials are a whole different kettle of fish!

The only way to find out is to try them :good:

yeah, i think i know what you mean... but now that i've got my aerial down, i want to perfect it, and i'm not sure if i should focus on going far, or going high... any advice?
