headaches while tricking

I get them quite often especially when Im doing cartwheels and things like that. They usually happen when Im pumped up to go outside and have a session but my legs are body is sore and they don't feel like aerial motions.

i get pressure on my brain when my heartrate soars. i guess i'm a morbidly obese man with high blood pressure underneith this lean, trickster exterior

You said you're sore too sometimes?

Drink more water. Your blood might be thick and therefore harder to push through your head. The extra pressure from tricking forces the blood harder... thus pain. I get this sometimes too. Do you ever see spots as well?

Anyway, yeah. Drink plenty of water. And not RIGHT before you go, but like..... hours earlier. Not in huge quantites either. Moderation.

sometimes i get migranes b/c of dehyrdration afterwards and i barf (this happened twice)
