Have you seen Randy Mintz tutorial?
It's very good: http://trickstutorials.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26988
Btw, it's spelt aerial.
Also are you locus7s Xendz?

Insufficient jump, no follow-through with the back leg. Jump UP, throw your hips into it, and pull that back leg through and make it reach the ground first.
Also, move away from the b-kick setup. Aerial is short for 'aerial cartwheel'. It's not a b-kick. Just run, step, or hop into it and thrust that front leg into the ground like a motherfucker. Kick that back leg up hard, also like a motherfucker, and throw your hips into the move so you jump UP, rather than forward and down. Then once your in the air, use your abs and pull that back leg through so it reaches the ground first. A big problem I had was my back leg would stall at the top of the move because I wasn't pulling it.

i recently landed these. However, they are not proper gymnast aerials, but they are trickster aerials for sure, not bkicks. I guess im using trickster aerials as an intermediate step lol... but i found that trickster aerials combo better anyway so whatever.
I use that bkick setup also... or just a hook - aerial
