how do i keep my legs together for example in standing full? cause simply trying to keep them together doesnt help me for some reason. and how do i land on one leg to swing trough in btwist? cause i am very used on landing on both legs now :| i need to chamber my right leg or something? thx. :tongue:

i have been wondering this as well. i tried it as a btwist round, that helped me for a while but somehow it doesn't work anymore :flesh:
yeah man pisses me off for real at first i learned it it was okay on one leg, the more i drilled them yes they are cool fast high btwists and effortless but i still cant swing trough... because i land on both legs auto pilot x|

quite ironically actually, a couple of months ago i did nothing but drilling my btwists in order to learn swingthru's and hypertwists. it all worked out well but then some day my btwist just started to suck ass again, i can't combo them very well anymore, my landings are low and unbalanced, and my legs are messed up in the landings.
after so much work it got even worse before i started drilling them, so unfair!

suanders maybe your overburnt, take a week off training then try again later.

shit... that might be true thats why i stay more tighter when i doublefull :o i thought squezing ass cheeks only provides you more spin gotta try squezing in single full aswell... thx

i don't think so, i've been trying to get them back for 2 months now, and i train once a week. i just suck

which ever leg you swing through with in your b twist when yous popt your landing focus on bringing it up, like bending your knee a little bit or something, keep your chest high while your doing this will help with swing through.
thank you Kalvin il try swing troughs and if that HELPS il definently post here my attempts :good: for now... more tips if available guys please :)

if you take of with your feet together, chances are they will stay together throughout the move
