Hey everybody =)
Im considering these two moves (A-twist and Cork) as the two next moves I'd like to learn, but I don't know how to approach them or what type of pre-requisites i could use. I can already perform a nice clean aerial but... when should i twist and are there any common problems for learning this move? For the corkscrew, I've already learned the slant gainer flash with a J-step setup. I think that's a pre-req for a cork but I'm not sure. Any ideas on how to approach these moves?

Btw, is it smart to throw my body horizontally in the air only to rotate it 180 just to land? In preparation of a cork that is.

Thanks in advance =D

Learn backflip and btwist
then gainer
then a slanted gainer flash
a backfulltwist would also be highly usefull

Then attempt to learn corkscrew

for atwist learn websters first. then just twist haha
aerials aren't really necessary actually
you can do them from a hook to increase twisting speed, makes them easier to land (worked for me).
