get to a spring floor hahahah.
you're spinning too early. try it from a back hand spring instead of a round off so you can't cheat it any.make sure you go UP first before you go around. reach UP and then across.

There's no difference between the two, duh.
In fact people thinking there's a difference is why retarded cartwheel fulls exist. Those aren't even fulls, those crap half flip turns.
Fulls should never be done from a cartwheel because in a cartwheel, unlike a roundoff or backhandspring, you end up facing the side instead of forwards, so you never do a full rotation. You just do a piece of crap desperate turn.

its because he didnt knew the diffrence, he thought its a back double full, when it was 1 and a half cart full.

Well I'm no double full expert, but I don't think you're suppose to go 15 feet backwards like that.
