This was my very first attempt at a cork so tips and advice is much appreciated!

you look back to early, try delay it a tad and you will land it better.

You're doing what I used to do. Try kicking up with an extended leg and stalling for a split sec. You should get more height. Right now, though you bring up your knee slightly, you're mostly going up with your chest. When you rotate, your chest lowers to your knee/hip's height.

If you kick up your leg straight and stall a bit, your upper body AND your leg should be above your waist (center of gravity) and when you begin to rotate, your center of gravity will actually come up a bit higher.
