yes though ditch the trampoline and don't apply the same technique on the floor.

That's a weird setup. But yea these are doublelegs.
What about mine? Is this ok? I think i have to work on this setup, I'm pumping too much..

Thats a sideflip actually lad.
Double leg is more of a torque move than flip. Juji explains it very well in his tutorial so you should have a look. Unfortunately I do them the same way as you :ouch:....cause I was learning them together with sideflips and it ruined my technique. So..whatever you do, DONT EVER LEARN double legs together with sideflips!

How the heck can you pump in a doubleleg, aha? =D
If you mean punching, I agree. Try to torque more and punch less. Or something.. . ah, night'.

Try it without a tramp. It would look awesome if you done that on grass.

Yep (mostly) KEEP the trampoline and work on putting your momentum more sideways rather than forwards (so you still want the set into the flip, just not a frontflip like you have a little of going on here)

I can't possibly see you doing that on floor, I don't mean just the fact that the trampoline is helping you but the fact that you turn 90 degrees from your takeoff position. The doubleleg goes straight up and around so you end up landing facing the same direction as when you were taking off. That extra 90 degrees is both hilarious and ridiculous. Cut it out haha. I mean it looks nice in the air, the form and all with a perfect L shape, straight legs, etc, but...your approach is totally wrong and you should ditch trying it on the tramp. Given your current takeoff I doubt you're benefiting form it much if at all. You'll find it much different and harder when doing a proper takeoff and torquing around from jumping off solid ground.

i agree with the critique above regarding your 90 degrees rotation there, and maybe try doing it over a soft object or a devoted friend or training partner ^_^ i think that would benefit your cause more than that tramp. and also, i think that in a dleg your torso shouldn't be parallel to the ground, you should TRY and keep it in a 90 degrees angle to the ground... [there's a big word for that somewhere XD]

I think you mean perpendicular but even so I don't think that's what you really meant haha. Perpendicular to the ground would mean vertical as in straight up and down. Being parallel (horizontal, level with the ground) IS what he should be aiming for, and he is at least in that. Of course I see doublelegs done with the torso higher than horizontal as well. Nothing wrong with that. The main point is to have the legs be straight and completely vertical. All right I'm done here.
