Can you put them on youtube please?
Edit: Ok so I decided to stop being lazy.
Well to put it bluntly, you're not trying the proper techniques.
Looks like you're too scared to commit, hence the uber low flips and hand reaching to the ground really early, you need to get over the fear first.
(Also it's hard to see entirely what you're doing since the camera is so close)

*downloading* (will edit this post)
EDIT:
It doesn't really help that you've not really filmed the take off which is the most important thing.
FHS: You need to leave your hands there (on the ground) as long as possible, along with this you need to leave your head looking at the ground (in between your hands)
These 2 points will create the arch in your back (stretching your stomach) which is good form in this move.
Sideflip: I'm not going to bother with the 'Sideflip', it's clearly not within your grasp at the moment.
Fronttuck: You're leaning too far forward when your feet hit the ground (this is why you're going head first into the floor.
Also, you shouldn't keep your eyes on the floor, this opens out your tuck.

first things first, start with something a little easier to give you confidence. such as buterfly kicks. and drill the fuck out of cartwheels until you can roundoff punch. and try one handed cartwheels too. and tornado kick like there's no tomorrow. and then once you have those perfect move onto aerials and 540's and give frontflips a go again. and remember the most important thing in every move: concentrate on going up before anything else! you want to get as high as you can for any move. thats all i got for now, good luck

Im already doing bkicks and 540s. Im trying to do tumbling so I can learn them before winter where I have to wait for oever half a year before I can actually trick outside.

A wider angle would be beneficial, we can't see anything of your setup.
You need to be a lot more critical of your own movements. Obviously you recognise that you're not doing these moves right, but you kinda need to understand for yourself what you're doing wrong to be able to put it right.
Basically just practice and do what you can to improve on what you're doing. I can remember a time when I was as bad as you, so don't worry too much about it.
"Easy" is relative. For a beginner the basics are HARD so don't beat yourself up about it. You'll get there eventually.
I'm sure someone else will post some specific problem advice. :P

you have to jump UP, man. you're practically diving at the pads. JUMP UP.

Whenever I try to jump up, it feels like I get alot of air time but I dont realise I diving at the mats untill I look at the video.
put it on youtube cos its easier to veiw
then once youve got the advice you needed take it down if its that shameful

Correct technique:
Jumping back. You want to fling your arms up and back as you flip your body backwards. The tuck isnt really important for beginners. So you get in a crouched position, jump backwards and fling your arms over and you will land the backflip. If you believe in yourself, you will have a 100% chance of landing it.
Incorrect technique:
DO NOT JUMP UP. This will kill your rotation power.

to me it looks as tho you arent in full control of your body. when you go into the air from what i can see you are flinging your limbs around. you want to feel each part of your body as it goes through the air. this comes with experience and body weight training. such things seems to be working for me!!

I didnt know there were many people properly interested in tricking in Belfast, at least not personally. Where abouts are you from/do you trick?

Hell Dana. Your at the same level as me with your FHS. Maybe I got one up on you. Anyways, keep working on it. You seem to get moves pretty fast. So, you ended up stealing those mats? Wanna share? XD

Also, that your beating yourself up about it constantly isn't helping. TT's slowest progresser?

Knowing the path and walking the path are two different things man...
For your FHS it looks like you're bending your elbows a lot and is causing you to crash in mid-move (your elbows collapse downward and your landing is death) . To remedy this, keep your arms (and elbows) LOCKED when you plant them on the ground. It's just a simple matter of throwing your legs back after that while taking a few light steps into the move.
Your frontflip looks like you're just diving into the ground. It's a very common mistake and one that is incredibly hard to remedy. I had that same problem for like two years before I finally got pissed enough to do something about it. What I did was I went to the gym and flipped OVER stuff. Doing so MAKES you go up, or else just spear the object with your head haha. I wouldn't recommend using house-hold objects on grass, because for one if you run into it, it hurts. And secondly you'll likely crash the first few. The gym remedies both these factors.
Sideflips are easy as fuck. Just go UP (which you aren't doing right now...learn to go up in a front flip and sideflip will come naturally), tuck in, and bamf. Good luck :good:
