help with a aerial

hey i got the motion down i just suck at jumping and when i try it without putting my hands down i land on my head. any suggestions on how to improve jumping height would be much apprectiated.

Everything you just said is completely meaningless without a video.

The only suggestion one I can give based on your information is JUMP MORE!

When in reality there is something fundamentally wrong with your technique.

Oh well.
