Many will harrass and flame me,I know... But I need a list of them...

Basically I'm talking about this...
In martial arts, you know that people like chinese are good because they training times as 8h/day ... I would like to train like this (or maybe get as close as I can to) to help my tricks... But what training should I do ? Home-training I mean obvious.
I know about Dogen tutorials don't worry, but I can't train my ankles for 10 h a day...

Can you give me some exercise I can do at home which my tricks could benefit of?

You don't need to do any specific workout to benefit your tricking,

You need to get some fucking common sense and put it to use.

Chicanerous made this great guide for training to improve tricking

you don't need exercises that are specialized for tricking, weight training is fine and probably your best bet.

I train for about 1:30-2 hours everyday. Thats for tricking and MA. Its all good if you like doing it.

Dont over train yourself. When you are tired, your form gets sloppy and if you continue to train tired for more hours, you will develope bad habits that are hard to get rid of. Alwasy break up your sessions so you arent as tired as you would if you had a 3 hour long session.

agreed. tricking is so addicting though; you just want to keep going even when you are too tired. every day i train i get closer and closer to getting my corks consistant, and i want to keep going and going cause it feels so great when you land them. you have to be smart and limit the duration of each session. besides, that way you will be able to trick more often! i always get pissed when i practice corks or something like that for 3 hrs in one day and totally fuck myself up for the next 3 or 4 days.

To be honest, i rarely feel tired throughout my training. If i do and if my form gets out of controll, i usually stop. But sometimes i continue still. I like to break that invisible barrior of bad habbits and discovering the trick again.

train hard and push your limits. don't overtrain but do it like this way:
week 1: one session of 2 hours a week
week 2: three sessions of 1 hour a week
week 3: every other day a 1 hour session
week 4: every day a short session
week 5: every day a 1 hour session

this varies from person to person of course. my general advice is: gradually increase training intensity as you get more xp. your body can handle more if you train more. but most important: know your limits

lol that 'seminar' vid was kinda meh xD.

Anyways, as far as training goes. When you condition, just make sure you have proper form, doing incorrect techniques while you're conditioning could possibly ruin your muscles >.o. Try conditioning JUST enough (i.e. to the point where you're feeling slightly fatigued but not so much that you can't work out no more). When you practice your MA/Trick tecniques, practice GOOD form and technique, and make sure your moves are executed properly. This way you don't develop bad habits. As Ben Brown put it:

"Perfect practice makes perfect."

ahhh, its not the quanitity of training, its the QUALITY, u can train 8 hours and day and do shit all or u could train as hard as u can for liek 1 hour or 2 , which will prolly be much better, 8 hour training day is kind of hard, just wake up, do a morning session, then have an evening session, so u can get 2 training sessions a day, with a nap in between............if u have the time for that

I can't believe not everyone knows about the infamous Team Kyooshi Training Seminar sampler. Actually yes I can it's an old T/T joke and the guys that originally posted that video got flamed to Jupiter and back. Anybody on here for a few years knows about that whole incident and so it's a bit of an inside joke but it must be exposed to a whole new generation of tricksters now.
