90 minutes past the second Perth Gathering I am taking it upon myself to start another of these fucking stupid posts which only 5 of us really read... and Marodi hasn't even come to either of the gatherings!

Anyways, to day was fucking sweet with a lot more actual tricking than June-UWA. Not quiet as many people though. And there were two cameras so hopefully two samplers or at least one mega-sampler will be coming.

Although it's been suggested that there will be two samplers, one for each team present... and since I'm not in either team I guess that leaves me in the shit! ...you fuckers.

Now, to begin dicussion on the next gathering, I'll be the first to suggest a return to the gym we were at today: 11 Pitt Way, Booragoon. In Perth I think I live the furthest away from this place (Ocean Reef) and even with pouring rain causing me to drive 10-20kmh under the speed limit and picking up Priest, Hippy, Rebound and Scott I still managed to get there in only 30-35 min of driving. So it's not really that much of a trek.

So how about the same place, first sunday of next month at the same time of 1pm? And with the number of people we had today what did we all end up paying? Like $20 each?

Anyways, Perth people, let this be your discussion hole for the next month.

- The first major one with all of us coming together as far as I know was the UWA one a month earlier

- It would have been waaay better if all the spoof and other footage was all in one sampler with this (Then again, I didn't make shit so I can't complain!)

It was so awesome i was with my bo staff mate and his new friend which is the junior states weapon champ which also used the bo ,we tricked down at my local oval and i finally built up the courage to do a back flip again despite my ankle which is still pretty dodgey, and...i picked up a lot faster then expected! some gymnast chick on the other side of the oval tried to out show me and we both tried to out do each other with more complex combos and then she did a areial + RO +BHS +BHS, so i pulled out the big guns and areial + RO + BHS +BHS + flash kick'ed her ass hahaha man it was great! I'm so happy atm...

Also, theres a gym in subiaco, less than a 5 minute drive from uni. The Subiaco PCYC has a sprung floor and tramp. I'm heading down on monday night to see if theres open gym/time when its not in use during the week.

1 hour on Monday (9-10)
2 Hours Tuesday (1:30-3:30)
1 (sometimes 3) Wed (9-10 then 9-12)
2 Hours Thursday (1:30-3:30)
And nothing on Friday at the moment

So I guess we can meet up and trick sometimes on your three hour break on thursday. I also frequent a place that claims to be Malaysian food over at the Broadway. They make a mean mean mean Pad Thai.

corrupt trix, the gym in booragoon does not have free sessions, is classes mainly, but you can hire out the gym for a few hours on certain days. TRICKING classes are 6:00pm - 7:30pm Wednesdays and, 5:00pm - 6:30pm Fridays, and cost $10. the hiring out costs $90 for 2 hours, and $140 for 3. d:D

For those of you interested in how the Team Blacklight show went:

First of all, I was asked to fill in thursday morning (The show was 2 hours ago, Friday night) and basically quicjly thought up something that was waaaaay more of a martial art form pulling on multiple styles with a few tricks. To be honest I sucked on my tricks. I think my btwists were shit and my double leg (which I did with an unfamiliar entry) ended up looking like a strange king.

Frankly, I've never worked with such a bunch of unprofessional fools... but hey, who wouldn't love them??? So our show never actually had a full rehersal and we spent the hour leading up to it searching for pants for Vatic. Vatic landed very nice looking tricks but forgot the order of some moves.

Rebound (Pyrobatic) looked good but crashed a couple moves. However, even on a totally crashed gainer-full (which he wasn't supposed to fucking do!!!) he gracefully kip'ed-up and then did a picture perfect cork.

So seriously, there was a shitload wrong with the show... but the corporate suits and stiffs loved it. They totally ate it up and were extremely wowed.

...and oh yes, Vatic's cousin is FUCKING HOT and she will be in my dreams for many nights to come. Unfortunately, in a group hug I only got to touch Rebound's ass.

And oh yes, most importantly. Yuen Rob died, and on the show a new beast was revealed... one known as...

The only problem is that RaRe hasn't posted here in a couple of weeks so it's not clear whether he can book the gym for that day... or if he can and already has.

Either way, I assume the gathering would go like last time. About 2-3 hours and RaRe will announce the rough cost per head... I hope.

By the way, I've been bumping in to 2 guys at Vital Gymnastics who seem to know you, Rohan, Lloydy, Mike and Tim. One guy is a bit taller than me with very long dreadlocks (Named Joel I think) and the other one is a shorter fatter dude. Whatever, they seemed to know you so I told them about the gathering. They didn't seem to be into coming.

I didn't really busy myself with talking to them... I spent most of my time last night staring at this chick's ass.

Vital is nice. Same size as Yings, not too crowded and the instructor is really into tricking and does some great shit.

Yeah, I noticed. I mainly go there because it's much closer to me and it's a good time for me. Plus the instructor and people there rule... as well as the younger female instructors... with their tight gymnast legs. It's almost as glorious as... RaRe CROTCH!!!

I was actually pretty amped, more so then other jams, the energy was different though, it appeared people were abit more relaxed on the tricking front.
Maybe it was the terrible music box today, skipping like a 8 year old school girl.
Anyhoo all in all it was a great day as usual perhaps next jam we can get some sun.
