A 16 week program that includes 8 weeks of hardcore fat loss training, followed by 8 weeks of powerlifting work, will likely yield better results than 16 weeks of trying to do both simultaneously.

Depends what they mean by 'better results' Meaning it would depend heavily on each persons goals.

Sorry, this is comparing fat loss and doing another activity. I'll use myself as an example. Right now, I'm trying to lose the most fat as possible while trying to improve my "tricking" skills. When a person is trying to lose fat or gain mass over another activity, the fat loss or gaining mass will take presidence over any other activity, usually. So, the statement up there is saying that results will be better if one is done for awhile then switch to the other then doing both at once.

Do you argee or disargee with the first statement?

So basically, all that was said is:

If your goal is to loose weight, then prioritising weight loss will give you the best results.

No breakthroughs there. Except that weight loss is dependent on diet, so it's really irrelevant what other training you do.

some people are more serious about planning and suplements, than actually training, ive got plenty of people i know who cant even workout properly and they dont even try, but when theyre around me they always try to act like theyve acomplished something..its really pathetic

I've heard that people who usually brag about accomplishments didn't work hard enough. If you worked hard enough you wouldn't like to talk about it. It is human nature.

I brag about trivial stuff. Like gardening with a machete and pulling up a sapling with my bare hands. No one gives a crap about people bragging anyway, so I pick insignificant shit(like bragging about bragging about trivial stuff) to brag about.

So there.

On subject, I agree with everyone who has posted in this thread.
