Ever time after I practice my 540 kick i always get this stupid tightness in my shin and this pain in the Anterior area of this picture.

It is so freaking annoying having to put off traning because of this. My progress gets so slow. The pain and tightness always goes away with in 2-3 weeks.
What really shocks me is i do not even feel any pain when landing and i land on the ball of my foot. I do do Dogen's TS workout. Maby i have not been doing it for a long enough period of time. I started the shine and calf work out about 2-3 months ago. would you suggest holding weights in your hands when doing the shin and calf workouts to speed the progress?

It is not that bad where i have to see a doctor. The tightness just goes away after a frew weeks... I just need to find a way to prevent it.

And yeno, it may be your bone and not your muscles dude. In that case you're royally effed since you won't go see a dang doctor.

I did say the pain goes away...

And it is not a "OMGOSH IT HURTS SO BAD" kinda pain. Feels like a little bruse.
Then why'd you make it such a big deal?? You said it put off your training by a lot....

it could be a stress fracture/shin splints...that wouldn't be "OMGOSH IT HURTS SO BAD" and the pain wouldn't have to stay all the time, but would get progressively worse as you continue training on it...
If it is as serious as you make it out to be, you should see a doctor

It is not ALL that bad. It jsut last for a usual 2 weeks. If i use it it will take longer to renew. It is just annoying because it puts gaps in my traning.

I do titanium ankle workout 3 repetitions at night before I go to bed. When doing calves I use weights and shins w/o weights.
Seems to work for me, been doing it for 2 months now.

I suggest you see a doctor then keep doing dogen's titanium ankles exercises.

Where do you stop your reps at? Do you just stop them at the pain spot. Do you also do it to the sides when strengthening the shins?

sounds like...avoiding the doctor
anyway, regardless of whether its an 'omg it hurts like shit pain' or not its still recurring so u shud at least get it checkd instead of risk developing a potentially tricking fatal injury
oh! and does streching it help?

You're deluding yourself into thinking its not that bad. If it's bad enough to make a thread about it, you probably should see one. Trust me man, i dont like telling parents or w/e "i have to go to the doctor" too, but you should. It seems kinda serious.

Do those toe raises that dogen does, if that relieves the pain then u had shinsplints... which just means rest and more of those toe raises (not an emergency, but like everyone else said, go see a doctor lol)

I go until I feel the burn and push it for a little more. Usually about 150 calves with weights, and 120 shins.
And I don't do the side ones.

Umm ok i am starting to think it may be a shin split...shoot these normaly go away. Well it has been 3 weeks and it has not fadded away. I have been swimming 5 days a week. Maby that is preventing it from healing up? It feels like a bruse on my shin. Not a big bad hurting one, but a bruse that i can feel sometimes when I walk. Is this how a shin splint feels?

yes I do... Just the fact of me having to deal with a shitty thing like this! I do not get it i have had this happen to my shin like 3 times now. Every time it went away...It is just sticking with me now. I swim 5 days a week now. You guys think maby the swimming is slowing down the recovery proces?
