Ok, so i started to go to a gym
so what shit do i do?
back/bi one day, next day legs, rest, chest/tri, more leg shit, cardio, resting
how many reps and sets and shit should i do?

Stick to a basic routine, 2-way split at the most.
Stick to a few basic compound movements per workout.
3 sets of 8-12 reps.
I'm giving this advice without any real background info. because I really don't care.

im not REALLY a noob, ive been working out (strength training, in school) for 3 yrs I'm just not good with making workout routines and shit :D
