Aerial how long?

How long did it take u to learn an aerial from when you realy started practicing it.

Took me about about 10 - 15 minutes to figure out how to use the search option.

kudnt tell ya exaktly! but it was not quick! between 3-6 months!

but that was only training like every other week as it was over the winter and i dont have a gym to train in then!

1-2 weeks.

But I nearly killed myself getting it, telling myself not to use hands and instead would slam into the ground until I finally landed one.

It's obviously very different for everyone. I went to a long jump sand pit behind my school and landed it there pretty easily. For some people the aerial doesn't feel at all natural and they have troubles with it. Those same people can excel at other types of moves and just need to try a bit harder to get aerial.

I want to try an aerial... But first... i can do a medium cartwheel... do i need a very good and fast one to land an aerial???

I got it on the first try, its one of those tricks I can't say I enjoy doing from flat ground

Well I kept trying it inside my house in which there's no running space, then I tried it in a field with a run and got it my second try. So in a way it only took me a day, but altogether it took about a month.

I can cork but my aerials are turd.
How lame :/

Aerials took me forever* to land and are still not 100% consistant on grass.

About 4 months, it was my first trick ever and it's my best basic too. Yay for aerials.

but then again, when you spend so long learning how to do it, you expect not to lose it!

2 or 3 years and I finally landed it but Im still having alot of trouble trying to drill them.
