I was wondering on what are some of the best ways to condition your arms and hands for throwing fists, like for example, punching a punching bag. What kinds of punches and how are you supposed to throw them? Thanks.

Make a fist with your hand and push it out away from your body fast and hard towards your target.

Just buy a heavy bag n beat the shit out of it, just throw watever at it. I made soft spots on my heavy bag HAHAHAHAHAHA.

yeh punching a bag will help. poor form and you will hurt yourself. tend to keep the top of the wrist inline with your arm and the thumb side the same

Try to punch through/behind your target. Keep your arms parallel to the floor. For hook punches and uppercuts, keep your elbow bent at 90 degrees and swing like a muthafucka.

Haha, we can't really break down the entire technique for every punch in writing.

Well we could, but it would be a lot more effort than I'm willing to go to. Join a boxing club.

ya, I used to hurt my wrist a bit... but after a bit you learn to punch so it wont hurt.... hahaha
