So, I finally, fucking finally bought a digital camcorder. It was 85 bucks at this pawn shop down the road, but I bought the damn thing. It's an Aimtek something or other. Is the aimtek brand worth a crap? Regardless, I already bought it, so it doesn't matter.
What are some programs that I could use to edit the millions of hours of video I plan to be making?

That was incredibly not helpful. My question was, as a man who has never operated a digital camcorder or used video editing software, what do my fellow tricksters suggest are easy to use or good programs? All you did was link me to google, ass. Yes, I know google. That doesn't tell me what programs are pieces of shit and which aren't.

useful info-- assuming you have win xp , vista, there are some sort of movie maker already there.... most of everyone including myself uses it...
if u want u r movies to have a lil more pro look to it, but dont want to learn a complex interface, i suggest "ulead video studio" series.
about the cam-- just be happy u got one, and make do for right now.
hope this helped
