haha.
its basically a handheld ball with a gyroscope inside.. you hold it and rotate your wrist, generating inertia, and enough force to give your entire arm a fucking crazy workout.
the number i'm talking about is revs per minute, which are recorede by a little computer on top.
i suggest you get one.

Mine doesen't have a counter... I ordered one but they didn't have the fancy ones in so I got a crappy one for a cheaper price.

I had one, not with a counter or display on it. I only once ever managed to get it spinning, it/I was really shit.

I bought one, used it for about a week, then found it boring and too noisy/scrapey. :)
On my one, my best was about 11k. On my mates it was about 12-13k, maybe a bit more. Obviously different ones give different readings.
Can anyone give me some tips on starting it stringless? That's the main reason I stopped using it, the string is so fucking awkward.

If it doesn't have a number then doing them is kind of pointless except for how much fun it is. It's like most isometrics and self-resistnace: no numbers, no science!
