Whats the best way to go about training with an 8 day split?

8- Tibialis anterior & Biceps
Will walking between my computer and the fridge for beer suffice for leg work?

Of course.
Your legs get trained sufficiently just getting out of bed in the mornings, or evenings. But you should allow for recovery by staying in bed every 3-4th day. You can do curls while in bed, so you never have to miss a workout.
Ahh, I've also been doing sitting leg curls and extensions (with shoes on for added weight), those really seem to hit the spot.

what about lying but-cheek flexes? Will that lead to over training?

No-one has covered how to get the extra day! I mean, you want to repeat this every weekk, right?
My advice:
Become God and make an extra day. Or, buy one off eBay. I've tried both with relative success, and no my abs are huge.
Shouldnt he be doing at least 1000 situps every day?
