Diet was dumb, but workout is something I'd like to actually know. I have a pretty set routine with minor variations I've used for years now and it's worked great for me. I'm always curious to see what other people have found effective.

Monday: Track/speed training with coach, after gym compound: back squats, front squats high intensity
Tuesday: Tempo, low cns day
Wed: Weights= bench, weighted chins high intensity for both
Thursday: Tempo low cns day
Friday: Track/speed training with coach, weights some military presses etc
Sat: nothing :)
Sun: nothing

I was O.Ling before taking up track. I have no time for olympic lifts anymore, though.

Diet: i dont know, i eat whatever (except sweets) and very often. No supps.
