Second picture after back squats 5x3, romanian deadlifts 5x5, dips 3x5, and rows 3x5.
I see some improvement. Maybe legs next time too or more than one angle. It's especially good for you because though not everybody knows it, I at least know you're quite tall and have long limbs. Like...me, but more so haha. I'm too lazy to take pics of my current state, much less take some down the road for comparison. Maybe I should sometime. Or not.

These pictures are decieving because I have big legs and a small upper body, although it doesn't appear that way.
Well damn. Those are good legs haha. Though anything bigger than me looks impressive since I'm still lacking there. WORKING on it though.
p.s. your right leg is bleeding in the second photo. WHAT DID YOU DO.

Nice improvements, looks like you've got a simple routine that's giving results.

Nice legs.
I'm not sure if it's just the way you are standing in the 2nd pic, but your spine looks awfully misaligned.

Obviously anthony gets such a good pump in his legs that he starts bleeding.

I'll try to get a better picture of my calf's because they are actually bigger than they appear. I measured them a while back and I think I got 17" unflexed. My left one is about an inch smaller though because my right one has some kind of problem (it gets stiff sometimes after I walk on it for too long).
Deadlifts caused the bleeding.
I think its the way i'm standing that causes the appeared misalignment. I havent had any pains or anything so i'm assuming my spine is straight haha.

Hehehhe, I'm pretty sure it's the way he's standing...

Good work, anfeyd!
Also, fuck everyone who does not eternally have an open wound on at least one if not both shins.
*grabs teh kitchen knife and starts slashing both shins*
Well done Anfeyd! Massive legs, nice shoulders. I'm wondering about the depth of your back (overall lean mass on upper back). What exercises do you do for that and do they work well?
Applauds in any case, keep up the good work mate!

My anterior delts are rather small, so my shoulders need work.
As far as the back, I do one arm (at a time) dumbbells rows with different grips. Currently I do them standing. Previously, I did them with one knee and arm on a bench. I like them a lot better standing. I don't really focus on feeling the 'squeeze'. I just row the weight with as little torso motion as possible.
I also do cleans twice a week (used to be three).
Let me know if I answered your question thoroughly.
I have permanent scabs hah.

Gotcha, ever thought about doing barbell rows or cable rows? Perhaps already tried them and decided it didn't work?
Personally I can't feel any contact with dumbbell rows but that's me.
Keep on rockin' boyo!

Lat Pulldown, Seated Cable Rows, One Arm Dumbbell Rows (on bench) and Bent Over Barbell Rows. THAT'S WHAT I DO.

I tried barbell rows way back when but I really didnt like them. They gave me an ackward feeling in my shoulders and I stopped immediately haha. I have also tried cable rows, but I only have access to that once a week in the summer (none in the winter). I also kind of try to live by, "do all your lifts on your own two feet." Which is why I switched to standing.

I just try to minimize arm involvement and make it an all back movement, but of course the arm helps. To each his own.
You keep on rocking as well.
What about pullups, especially pullups in which you lean back and try to touch your chest to the bar? SCAPULAR RETRACTION YEAYA
