yeah, little kids that can do crazy shit is even cooler than old people. like, there is this nine year old at my gym who is throwing double backs on floor. crazyness.

A guy came into my gym once and was doing handstand presses, elbow levers and front sommies into the pit, he was like 60-70.

I do believe though there is a veterans gymnastics competition that runs every year.

The coach at my gym is 70. he can do elbow levels, back planches, front sommies off a spring board, shit loads of chins, and he can climb a 6 meter rope with out using his legs.

Maybe I should make a sampler for him before he's past it.
