Lol i duno, iv seen a few people do it before i think... Its just a barbell curl and when the bar is in the 'up' position you shoulder press it with your palms facing you, then bring it back down and do the negative part of the bicep curl

It's just a combination of two exercises. The only problem is that you should be able to press more weight than you can curl, unless you power curl it.

"Screaming "MOTHERFUCK" and using other body parts to get the weight up" is called cheating. Power variation is using muscle only with minimum momentum and musclegroups.

Power= Force/Time

The lower the time, the higher the power.

I think discus throwers use power curls a lot.

Well I've been taught otherwise, but that might be because I'm referring to OL.

I thought they were power variations because the bar needed to be pulled higher, in turn using more force. Back to the equation,

Power= force/time

Higher the force, higher the power.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to be doing shoulder presses with your palms supine

Why's that?

Supinated shoulder pressing? Cool. I don't think you'll be able to lock out overhead though. When I lock out overhead, my palms can't rotate anymore than palms facing each other. So your palms really can't stay facing up/behind you the entire way. You'd need to use dumbbells if you want to get as close as possible to that.

Palms-facing pressing (you'd need something similar to a trap bar, but for overhead pressing) is probably better. I think when they lift those logs in strongman competitions it's a palms-facing-together grip like that.
