With touch down raiz you want to have your arm and your leg come down at the same time. The more you invert your raiz the easyer the arm will come out. And the easyer/higher the leg comes out for the swing through. So:

- Invert
- Look for ground
- Touch the ground with arm and leg
- Land smoothly or carry it through.

PS: when I mean invert I mean take off forward instead of sideways.
