try a side flip. I know how to do an arabian and other moves more harder than a side flip so it couldn't be that bad.
At first I tried doin' the flip after a cartwheel, but it looked to much like a lop-sided arabian. So I just ran, jumped to the side and tucked. Well it worked out and I did them a couple more times. The last time I tried, I landed my right foot first, then my left foot kinda hit the grass then bounced. It happend fast but my left knee was hurting real bad after that. I'm puttin' ice on it now, but I think I hyperextended my knee somehow.
What else can I do to help it get better? I'm goin' to the beach on Sunday, my friends and I are supposed to do flips all day.
And how can I not do that to my knee again.

Sideflips are a favorite of mine. Either two things:

1- Un tuck a little quicker to land on two feet instead of one at a time.

2- You could always attempt it without the tuck like a sideflip double leg thing.
