I am hoping this helps anyone out. If not, its all cool.

Lets begin with monday:



Monday:


Wake up times: 7 - 10 am.

Breakfest: 10 - 11:30 am

Relax times: 12 - 4 pm

Little Lifting: Before going out. 4 - 4:15 pm

Going to trick: 4:30 - 8 pm (depending when you start or finish) GO HEAVY!

Coming home: 8 - 8:30 pm

Whipping up a protein shake: 8:45 - 8:50 pm

Drinking the shake while resting up: 8:50 - 9 pm.

Relax time: 9 - 10:30 pm

Small streching: 10:45 - 11:15 pm

Relax time/bed: 11:30 pm - 1 am



Tuesday:


Wake up times: 7 - 10 am.

Breakfest: 10 - 11:30 am

Relax times: 12 - 4 pm

Streching: 4 - 4:30/5 pm

Lift Small: 5 - 5:30 pm

Relax time: 5:45 - 8 pm

More streching: 8 - 9 pm

Relax/bed: 9:15 pm - 1 am



Wednesday: Very similar to monday.


Wake up times: 7 - 10 am.

Breakfest: 10 - 11:30 am

Relax times: 12 - 4 pm

Little Lifting: Before going out. 4 - 4:15 pm

Going to trick: 4:30 - 6 pm (depending when you start or finish) WORK BASICS!

Coming home: 6 - 7:30 pm

Whipping up a protein shake: 7:45 - 7:50 pm

Drinking the shake while resting up: 8 - 8:15 pm.

Relax time: 8 - 10:30 pm

Small streching: 10:45 - 11:15 pm

Relax time/bed: 11:30 pm - 1 am



Thursday: Exact same on tuesday.


Wake up times: 7 - 10 am.

Breakfest: 10 - 11:30 am

Relax times: 12 - 4 pm

Streching: 4 - 4:30/5 pm

Lift Small: 5 - 5:30 pm

Relax time: 5:45 - 8 pm

More streching: 8 - 9 pm

Relax/bed: 9:15 pm - 1 am



Friday: Exact same as monday


Wake up times: 7 - 10 am.

Breakfest: 10 - 11:30 am

Relax times: 12 - 4 pm

Little Lifting: Before going out. 4 - 4:15 pm

Going to trick: 4:30 - 8 pm (depending when you start or finish) GO HEAVY!

PS: This is mostly for guys like that over the summer that have no job and LOADS of time on their hands. :juji:

hell yes lol but damn 4am every morning thats gotta suck after a while. same with sleeping at 8. i got shit on tv i gotta watch hahaha. i'm working on getting on a work out schedual similar to yours. just i'm too much of a bitch to wake at 4am

Because when I'm taking a full schedule at school I almost always have morning classes with 8+ hour days, and it's better to exercise before school or work than after

Also because I hate having to speak with people and almost everyone is lazy, so if I get up in the morning then hopefully I won't have to see many people.

Nobody asked me, but here goes:
04:00 Wake up
04:00-04:15 Shower
04:15-04:30 Meal #1
04:30-04:50 Drive to work, clock in
05:00-14:00 Work, eat Meals #2, #3, and #4 (done discretely, can't afford to get fired)
14:00-14:30 Clock out, drive home
14:30-18:00 Shower, eat Meals #5 and #6, check email, do paperwork, arrive at gym
18:00-19:30 Strength training
19:30-21:00 Drive home, Meal #7, shower, check email, random shit that needs doing before going to sleep

Hahaha what the fuck is that kind of life. Waking up at 4! Sometimes I wake up at 2pm... hahaha! Anyway it's almost teh same for me because I don't like to be with a lot of people and it's the reason why I go to sleep when everyone is waking up!

... And plug a bomb in everyone ass... I love this song!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
breakfast - egg whites, oatmeal, OJ, multivitamin
30 minute run
1 hour lift
snack - protein shake, apple
1 hour swim
lunch - sandwich or burrito or something under 10 grams of fat and between 20 and 40 grams of carbs and protein
class
snack - something healthy and small (nuts, beef jerky, carrots, banana, whatever)
class
dinner - salmon or chicken breast and a ton of veggies
muay thai
snack - usually just 2% milk mixed with vanilla soy milk cause it tastes awesome

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
breakfast
work
lunch
work
dinner
parties/booze/bars/clubs/whatever

Monday and Wednesday are 2 different classes than Tuesday and Thursday, so it's 4 in total. Also, weight training and swimming are part of the college swim team, so those are credits too. It ends up 16 credited class units and 36 hours a week at work.

My time to learn the basics of tricking is before or after muay thai depending on the day.

Oh good I'm not the only one that follows that ridiculously stupid schedule haha. I basically have the same wake up and sleep times as you. Except my workouts flucuate between sometime in the afternoon and late at night depending on my work schedule. I have more motivation and focus during the night sessions (usually) but do better the rest of the day if I get the workout done earlier (obviously). If I had a normal sleep schedule I'd prefer earlier workouts all the time. I need a job that doesn't start in the evening.
