you learn a new trick and have it down good, but it gets worse the more you try it?
This has happened with my Aerial and Double Leg over the week.
Same thing happened to me with my back tuck; you might be overtraining, try resting for a bit.

I have this problem with axe2aerials...I train for a week or 2, then I land them even 12 times in a row, then I lost them....In train for a week or 2, then I land.....
I'm not able to get them consistent...
and by the way this is often caused by overtraining...for example I trained for a week 1-2 hours each day....the week after I wasn't able to land even a brandy anymore......so I tryed resting for 3-4 days or more and then I got my tricks back...you need rest sometimes
