I was just wondering if there is any way to condition your knees to help reduce impact stress. Any ideas?

notice how skinny all body builders' knees are??? well.... everyones???

you can't build muscle on the knee joint but you can strengthen the muscles surrounding it. that is all

- Jump as high as you can.

- Reach back and grab your ankles.

- Hold on tight and don't let go.

- Repeat. :smile:

Mike is hardcore.

Anyway, the tendons from knee flexors and extensors cross the knees, so if we strengthen all of them, it helps. Load-bearing is good, and maybe stretching like when someone pulls you around by your legs.
