View Full Version : Holy shit, I just landed a 540 that didn't look shitty!

Yes, that's right! It was so effing awesome. I've been trying this for 3 damn months. Each time I'd attempt it, I'd land on both legs, or it'd look incredibly shitty. To people who may be having trouble with this move, here's what made me get it in roughly 10 attempts:

Remember how you're supposed to look when you land. In other words, If you remember which direction you're supposed to be facing and where your upper body should be oriented halfway through the move, make it happen. As soon as you fling the kick, remember how you're supposed to look at the end. Doing this visualization mid kick made me twist my hips more, which made me get the damn move.

Oh, I would. But as people in houston may or may not know, it's rainy and shitty outside right now. Add to this my camera blows donkey ass when used inside...

Two days before i was drilling tornado's, and for some odd reason i didnt pull my leg back in, so i let the kick flow all the way around. And shit, if i wouldnt have freaked out, i could have landed my first 540.

Haha, shit man, when I try to do a parafuso I fuckin fail. If someone walked up to me with like, a gun in their hand and was like DO A PARAFUSO! I'd have to try to do a 540, then they wouldn't shoot me.

I have two main tricking areas throughout my yard. One is in front of that little semi-circle thing, and the other is in front of my boat. I do need some more diversity though... :sad:
