Well I made a thread a while ago called "big x on my back", and everybody said I was malnourished and I had disproporshioned muscles what not. I've tried to eat more and gain all around muscle more. My ribs don't stick out as much as they did. Is this better...

Picture is a bit abstract to make a comparison.

Take the same shots as you had last time, and place them next to eachother - before and after style.

Well compleks, here's that thread, the pics are on the 1st and 2nd pages, the lighting is different, and I've gotten a tan since then, so it might be a little hard to compare. It's not what you wanted but close enough.

OK, I added back picture, I would do legs but really they're just average tricker legs. You could imagine.

You don't look quite as malnourished in that video. But the pictures still make you look underweight.

Do you know how much weight you have put on? Try to keep track of that, just so you have a reference to track your progress.

Keep eating, 160 is a good first goal. Set a deadline for it, say 4-5 weeks from now.

I'm 5'10" and 125 pounds....

The only bones that pop out on me though are my shoulder blades...
