View Full Version : My GIANT DEATH BACK WORKOUT

DEALER OF HOSTILITY!!

Chin ups : Max

Lat pull down with 1 sec contraction : 12 reps

Pull Over : 10 reps

Cable Pull over : 15 reps

Underhand seated cable row : 15 reps

Behind neck pull down : 12 reps

Deadlift : 10 reps

You need to do all exercices back to back with no rest 5 times, like a super set, but its 7 exercices. Rest 2-3 minutes after the Deadlift, and start again, increase weight to a challenging point after each giant set. Thanks, and have a nice death.


I just finished doing it. The pump is awesome, the pain is ludicrous and the results are supreme.

The weight I used on my last set :

Chin ups : Max (did 6 reps)

Lat pull down with 1 sec contraction : 115 pounds

Pull Over : 120 pounds

Cable Pull over : 100 pounds

Underhand seated cable row : 205 pounds

Behind neck pull down : 130 pounds

Deadlift : 405 pounds


I gradually increased 10 or 20 pounds on each exercices, except dead where i would increase from 50 to 90 pounds each giant set. Try it out TJ strong, its HARDCORE!


I'm primed. The diet is going good, let's home my bodyfat is where we want tomorow.

I once did a thing sorta like it called 666 Training

Pick 6 excersises to do and do 6 sets of 6 reps under 6 mins of each.

It was insane

I nearly passed out everytime i do it. Try it with legs one day but dont expect to walk the next day.

gah you all have fancy gyms , there is no gym, thats actually a gym (i.e. not a health spa) that i can get to, i have even toyed with the idea of leaving home to get close to a good gym. i make do with my shitty closet gym tho

Today is shoulders. Last day of High Volume of the week.. I will do :



5 X Seated Side Lateral
Seated Dumbell Press
Mishko Death Raise

5 X Supported Bent Over Lateral
Reverse Pec Deck

5 X Cable Side Lateral
Cable Front lateral
Cable Bent Over lateral
change arm, repeat.

The quoted exercices are done in supersets. Understand?

Antoine, do you basically usually just aim for a very high volume-density with essentially any of dozens of potential exercises? Do you know roughly what you're training each time and then are very flexible in what you actually include?

1 : First part of the week is High Volume.

2 : Yes I currently have a program, but if I feel like adding something or doing something else that day, I will.

3 : I have a program I made myself for the diet. But it's more like a training pattern, I won't explain all my secrets either...

Actually one time I was working out too soon after eating and got indigestion, and while doing seated rows i went for a higher weight and grinded out several reps with it, but on the last one i squirted loud shit. A woman looked over at me immediately in shock, and i looked at her and told her i needed the extra boost to get the repitition.

She thought I was REALLY creepy.

No i have special techniques from ancient paralel universes.

Oh and yesterday I did even worst, I replaced deadlift by barbell rows at the end and did 6 heptasets instead of 5.

42 sets in 50 minutes.
