View Full Version : Pain in head when lifting?

Today when I was working out my back I did some chins for my first excercise, but when I finished the first set I got a wierd and intense pain in the back of my head.

Same thing happened when I did squats the other day, also without warming up at all.

what is this, braintumour? aids?

Could it be that I didnt warm up and strained some kind of muscle at the back of my head?

i got that, just rest it and controll your breathing, also drink more water during the day and for fucks sake warm up, not to prevent you head aids getting worse but just because you need knees in life

I bleed from the mouth and ears while I lift BUT I DONT GIVE A FUCK RAWRGGHHH

Yea I suppose its better to warm up haha
I still feel it abit now though, the pain, 2 hours after my workout.

I had the same problem today coincidentally, it fuckin' hurt

More controlled breathing, thorough warmup, and water - let's not have it happen again folks
