I am almost 6ft and am predicted 190lbs when at 10%, I have about 17lbs of LBM to gain before I reach that.

What a load of crap hahaha

I am going to write down the numbers it gave me, and utterly smash them in the next 3 years.

That's what everyone says at first, in general opposition to the practice of acknowledging limits. If you do infact exceed it though, realise that you'd be at the very top of the game in natural bodybuilding.

They're not low 'limits', and it isn't just made up from nothing. I think its very reasonable.

by the sound of it, you've misunderstood what the calculator is telling you.

Either way, a prediction of 287 lbs is huge, what bf% did you put in? What are your measurements?

I can't be assed taking such ridiculous measurements, and then converting them to inches.
