It was 800. You would need at least 2 lb of butter a week - at LEAST - to deadlift 1000.

re: butter on p&b - I mention it whenever its relevant. I seriously think grass-fed butter is a potentially awesome and always overlooked source of leet fats. Its totally like fish oil

2. You do not fed butter. You use butter in the process of feeding.

2. "grass-fed" butter means butter from milk from cows fed grass. Cows are most usually fed concentrated feed made from barley, soy, other cows, etc, and not grass.
