damn, you set your flip up AND back.

I always have rotation troubles on these cuz I go straight up..

1) don't lean away in the dismount, keep your chest forward as you pull your knees up.

2) tuck tighter [I'm sure you already know this].

3) keep your chin pressed against your chest as you tuck and flip.
