Hello Everybody, does anyone here know a tutorial or know how to do a full twist off something. I can back tuck and i wanna learn how to full twist off objects so it builds up to round off full twists. Any info or a video tutorial would be great. thank you

i dont really recommend learning to fulltwist off something in order to learn how to roundoff fulltwist.

This is because when you fulltwist off something, you can just torque straight off the ground and start to twist straight away and be lazy with the flip, because of the excess height. When you're doing a r-off full, you need to go UP then twist for the ideal full.

saying this though, fulltwisting off stuff is pretty fun. As long as you can make the distinction between a full off of something and a roundoff full, theres no problem in learning a full off something first.

i was about say the exact same thing, but he beat me to it

this is probably the only thing that doing it on the trampoline can help, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT, preferably with someone with a really good fulltwist, agymnast coach at a gym, or post vid on forum for tips

Yeah, fulltwisting off something requires you to jump backward. Regular (grounded) fulltwists require a completely vertical jump.

jump backwards over one shoulder and wrap. it's pish.

everything you shouldn't do in a round off full basically (besides the wrap).
